Cancellation Policy / No-Show Fees
Cancel 24 hrs prior (continental U.S.) or face full fare plus fees.
Not liable for missed flights ‘No-show’ charges after 1 hour past pick-up. Uncontrollable incidents are excluded. Reserves the right to terminate unsafe reservations.
Change Policy
Changes 24 hrs before scheduled pick-up. Unaccommodated changes leading to cancellation result in full fare plus 20% service fee. Changes by phone or email only; not with chauffeurs.
Wait Time
Flight wait starts 30 mins past last posted arrival; billed hourly rate plus charges. Point-to-point has a 15-min grace period; billed hourly rate plus charges after.
Accounting / Billing
Billed to credit card or corporate account; pre-authorized 24 hrs prior. Accepts cash and major credit cards. Suggested gratuity optional. Settlements before trip; no payments to chauffeurs.
Additional Charges
Extra fee for added pickups or stops. Charges for pickups from piers/cruise terminals, airports, crossing between airports. Transportation and fuel charges are subject to change. Parking fees determined by arriving at the airport. Holiday surcharges may vary. Contact office for updated information.
