TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations, Deposits, and Cancellations:

A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. No charges will be applied to the card prior to the applicable cancellation period.

Cancellation Policy:For SUV and Sedan reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge of the reservation.

For Sprinter Van and Limousine reservations: Cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge of the reservation.

Vehicle Operation and Liability:

All star town car is not liable for mechanical breakdowns that may occur during a charter. In the event of a breakdown, we will make every effort to compensate for lost time by rescheduling at a mutually agreed-upon date.

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the limousine caused by them or any member of their party during the rental period.

Specific damage fees apply:

Carpet or seat burns: $100.00 per incident.

Sanitation fee (excessive cleaning): $250.00.

Conduct and Prohibited Activities:

Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law within the vehicle. Any fines incurred due to illegal activities will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The driver reserves the right to terminate the run without refund in the event of blatant indiscretion or inappropriate behavior by the client(s).

Standing through the sunroof is illegal and strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted in designated limousines, at the driver's discretion.

Time and Delays:

Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time specified on the run sheet.

All star town car is not responsible for delays or service termination caused by unsafe road conditions during winter, including but not limited to unsalted roads, accidents, or other hazardous conditions.

AllstarTowncar.com is not responsible for personal articles left behind in the vehicle.

Vehicle Capacity:

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their designated seating capacity.

General Provisions:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between AllstarTowncar.com and the client.

All star towncar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By utilizing the services of All star town car, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
